16:00 me: “please let me go home! Please please please please!” Boss: “yeah yeah.” There is a shift change. Me: “hey man!” My coworker, coming in: “hey!” Me: “bye!!” 17:00 shopping. These things use to be a lot cheaper… 18:00 I am home. 18:30 is dinner. More doom scrolling. 19:00 do I want to do hourlies? Guess so! Why not! 20:00 is more hourlies. Watching severance. At 0:00 I go back to bed.

0:00 catching up on reading. 0:30 oh shit oops have to go to bed. 6:30 good morning beautiful world! 7:00 eat breakfast and go to work. 8:00 shift start. Graaaaah, it’s food service on a Saturday. 9:00 is stock taking. 11:00 I make pizza and other things at a place in town. The money is okay. I’m happy to have a job. 12:00 my usual help is out this week so I’m training the newbie. She’s pretty competent. 13:00 my coworker: “dude look at this ripe meme!” Me: “… what am I looking at? Skibidi? Are you 12?” (He’s 20). 14:00 on break, doom scrolling. What is wrong with the world? 14:30 aggressively smacking dough. Boss: “why so angry?” Me: “where to begin!” 15:00 coworker “cookie for you?” Me: “cookie for me???” There are some perks to this job.
