Yeah, it's will be upsetting to her but she needs to hear it. I'm always grateful for honesty and maybe you can help her reach out socially? For me it was the push I needed.

I think I'm like your room mate. I'm Autistic so social stuff is highly stressful but I'm also really social so I blab on and on to anyone at home (my safe space). Please tell her how you're feeling and that you need a safe space at home too. You need to feel safe too.

I totally agree with him, but people in cults cannot be reasoned with. Logic is futile when arguing with emotion.

I believe most people who romanticise the past are at the stage where they're feeling irrelevant. They don't understand or embrace change so it must be negative.
