How are they still allowed to sell the identical product under a different brand on Amazon? It has the exact same reference pictures even.
A screenshot of a listing on Amazon of a similar set of magnet balls implicated in the recall. It has the exact same photo of the curled cones in a circle of magnet balls. It is the same photo as in the recall but the actual box design is different.

I am so sorry @cpsc.gov. I have been using this thing since today when I got a new PC and checked to see how old it is. Made November 21st 1984. I would like to request to be put on your wall of shame: for learning purposes.

2 years is the recommended amount of time to use a surge protector BTW.
