I’m convinced Grimes only has concepts of thoughts.
This is why I mute/ block anyone on here that posts ai or has an ai PFP. If they’re going to let slop imagery be a representation of themselves I don’t want to read anything they have to say.
This is a big part of it, for me. Instead of glancing at the image and continuing to listen to the talk, I’m noticing that the table leg is connected to the chair, that the shirt buttons sideways, that the window bleeds weirdly into the wall. And wondering why the presenter didn’t notice or care.
It's also just distracting because usually the image has some weirdness to it, and it doesn't tend to add explanatory value. So if you're just adding them for ambience or to represent a generic concept, just use a regular picture.

PSA: If you wake up and see me making you a nice breakfast, how about saying thank you. Instead of “Who are you? How’d you get into my house?”

If those massive trucks were only allowed to be sold to people who actually towed things on a regular basis, they’d be as rare as limos.

Not Thanksgiving but still holidays. Last year my mom and I didn’t feel like driving in the rain for an hour to be around my Aunt and her extended family we didn’t know for Christmas. So we went to the movies instead and saw A Complete Unknown. Great movie and it felt so liberating.
Actually in the spirit of this conversation, what’s a decision you made about a past Thanksgiving holiday that really paid off? I think people often feel trapped by their lives. Sharing our experiences can liberate us from that sense of claustrophobia.
On the most recent episode of VIBE CHECK, we answer listener questions about Thanksgiving, most importantly “do you go celebrate with the family members you don’t even like?”

Watching The Beast in Me, it’s great so far. I really hope they stick the landing in the end, thriller/mystery shows like this tend to fall apart so easily.

I wish HBO could break off from Warner/Discovery and become their own independent studio.

everything is so innovative now, I get to type “-ai” on all my google searches so the spellcheck on meth machine doesn’t give me wrong info.

The only difference between the abuse of an 8 yr old vs a 15 yr old is the tactics used to groom them. That’s it. It doesn’t change the speed to which they need to be put through the wood chipper.

The most importing thing to Corporate Dems is campaign money. They’ll do anything to prevent losing even a dollar in corporate donations.

They don’t think they can win with the donation support of the American people so they clutch big money like the cowards they are.
Corporate Dem apologists are out in force today trying to rewrite this capitulation into a win somehow. They’re back to blaming progressives and ignoring the corruption in their own party.

I can’t believe I’ve lived though the unaffordable and pre-existing conditions era of health insurance, to the ACA that started a path to something better, now back to unaffordable and possibly pre-existing conditions era all over again.

last thing I’ll say on the vote is the ones who caved and are retiring really piss me off. It’s like a final fuck you to everyone before they’re wheeled off to enjoy their retirement with FREE healthcare.
i swear dems make plans in centuries. “don’t worry guys in 50 years we’ll make our move to start making things better”.

Dems are so focused on protecting the establishment, while the establishment is actively on fire and half has already burnt to the ground.

Man you took it easy on the Losers Club, these kids are getting their asses handed to them.
Episode 3 of WELCOME TO DERRY ratchets up the horror. As Nigel Tufnel would say, "This one goes to eleven."

Being overtly nice and extra helpful is a customer service tactic to weird out ppl suspected of trying to steal stuff. Which tracks with how they’ve locked up nearly everything already.
"Store employees are now required to smile if they are within 10 feet of a shopper.

They also must make eye contact with and wave to or greet the customer.

If they’re within four feet, the employee should ask how the customer’s day is going or if they need help."

🙄 Won't stop the boycott, y'all.
Target is now requiring its employees to smile more
As the holiday season fast approaches, Target is urging its employees to add a little more “jolly” to their work routine.

PEOPLE: Umm... food?

SCOUTS: Ha! You really should have thought of that before you became peasants!

I finally was able to fully switch to stainless steel pots and pans, finally ditching Teflon and man I wish I’d have done it sooner. So much easier to cook with and I can stop being paranoid about possible Teflon bits in my food.

I don’t think the GOP could say any louder “I hate the working class” then fighting tooth and nail like this to try and starve 40 million people.

Controversial take, I think everyone should have access to food stamps regardless of income. Would be so nice to have 200 bucks of relief every month with the way food prices are rn.
