Happy International Day of People with Disability ❤️🌻 #IDPwD

Over the past few years i’ve been diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and ADHD, had brain surgery for a Chiari Malformation, and, like many women who go misdiagnosed throughout their younger years, I was recently diagnosed with Autism. Living with a disability is not the easiest thing, especially as a musician, but the amount i’ve grown and learnt over the past few years makes up for so much that i’ve lost. I encourage you to learn more about disability, listen to stories from disabled people, and discover ways you can actively encourage inclusion and accessibility - understanding the breadth of the human experience will only ever make your life richer ❤️
