Person I am now no longer in contact with developed such a "FOMO" that I had to cancel two entire campaigns over it, because they would get breakdowns over me as a DM talking to other people about those people's characters and NPCs. 😬

Most "outdoor cats only" people really just don't read up on cat husbandry at all and it shows

I mean, wanting recognition is also a natural part of being a creator. It's not a thing of "I shouldn't care" tbh. One thing I CAN offer in that regard is sharing your writing with some friends and me on Discord, bc we usually all love reading original stories, even if it sometimes takes a while :'>

Honestly, a big motivator for me was finding my own old writing again, so now everytime I write I go "this is for you, future me, I love you" bc I know that guy will eat that shut up

The due dates are the true bane of any creative process......
