What’s on Netflix reported that it was supposed to come out in Germany. I’m not sure why it’s not available. Maybe the journalist made a mistake.

It’s possible that the licensing agreement with Paramount+ is exclusive therefore the show can’t be released on Netflix until this agreement expires.
