Retro Nintendo fan with aspirations in game dev. Still quite the ways from anything major with that, but in the meantime, enjoy the progress I post along the way. I also dabble in drawings, videos, and Pokemon Go photos.
I might be reading too into it. But it does line up with other changes to the game that happened since that news broke. So it's hard for me to shake my suspicion that they're related.

Its weird, because they sold a chunk of their games to Scoply early this year. But its hard to tell because they still go under Ninatic games. So you're likely to not even notice unless you closely follow the news.

Ninatic was a wild company, I did causally research their company motos awhile ago and it's kind of wild how they click compared to your average mobile game company.
Regardless of why it's finally happening though, I'm still glad that it's actually happening.

My bet is because the old management never intended this to be a thing. Ninatic has always been strict with anything non-local. So I wouldn't be shocked if this is only happening because the mobile game focused Scoply is in charge rather than AR/foot traffic company of Ninatic.

If anyone has a good source for Amazing Island knowledge, especially with a lot of the less noted details like how each potion and the way monsters are built specifically affects them in minigames, please forward me what you can.
It would help me out a lot with something I want to do next year.
