Another example is in college I had professors who intentionally had more on a test than you could realistically do -- you knew you wouldn't finish and you prioritized your time. That was a part of the calibration of the challenge of the test.

There are tests where time constraints are a part of the test. A good example is Math. You can often plug in answers and see if you're right or wrong. Being able to do more iterations will lead to better scores.

If everyone has more time, that's fine, but if it's based on wealth it's not.

Ah, missed that. I think we're on the same page. Keith is a total monster and the fact that he KEEPS CHIMING IN is insane, it's a sign he has no good left in his soul.

He's a monster who should be tarred and feathered but I can't say he's worse than the RFK, who is actively rolling out a eugenicist agenda.

That means Epstein Papers are the modern day Reynolds Pamphlet.

So, for example, I went to school in Texas. In Texas the top 10% of students get admitted to any state school no questions asked (it might be lower than 10 now).

Class rank is really important, it's how I got into a good school, so anything that you can do to game it is good for you.

The abuse, that I've heard of, is more that it's a resource given to two classes of people:

Those with disabilities (good) and those with means to get a doctors note despite maybe not having a disability.

The disadvantaged group in this would be people vying for class rank but also poor.

What's annoying about this is there's an actual well reported story in this. I have annecdata (multiple family members who are teachers who talk about this system being abused) but I have no idea if it's wide spread or not, the scale, etc.

Real reporting would be interesting!

It's such an annoying false dichotomy too. "Human car or robot car".

Fuck that, nationalize Google and use it to build trains.

It's crazy how much he hates the supply chain. If I were more conspiratorial I'd say he was intentionally setting up more supply chain based inflation to go off in ~3 years

I always forget Kurt Russel was in the movie, even in my memories he's retconned out

That's just a guy. Don't worry about him.

I really think it flows from two things, their culture at the top is worse. Let's not forget helmet being racist to his own drivers.
Second is a lot of the is was established when they were going after Ham and a lot of the fia are racist as hell so they excused it
December 2, 2025 at 3:25 AM
Brit fans suck in their own way, but I've seen a fraction of the gutter racism and shit like that than I've seen from MV fans
December 2, 2025 at 3:20 AM
It's true that all sports and all athletes have abusive fans, but I really do think MV fans are some of th worst I've seen. It's a cultural issue, Max and rb don't really care that much and sometimes encourage it

It's a good interview, still. Issac's secret is that he always comes in well informed and able to pry
December 1, 2025 at 11:59 PM
I would have one of two reactions:

If I know the person it's intervention time.

If it's just like, someone at a party, I'm going all in, give me the details, I need to be able to repeat this later and have everyone I know go "what the fuuuuuuuuuck"

Ok, but in my defense, my mom is a high school english teacher and still sometimes rants about the quality of some high school work.

High schoolers have a big range, but some sure are like that.
