Riddick- A fun movie that is better than "Chronicles of Riddick." I loved the opening of him fighting all the monsters on the planet. This really is a 'macho' John Carter of Mars.

Nuremberg- What a fantastic film. I learned some stuff.
Crowe disappeared into the role of Hermann Göring.
It's good for people my age (32) to learn this history.
It's so obvious where the cult of MAGA comes from-hate and bigotry. Just like the rise of Nazism.

Deathstalker (2025)- Directed by Steven Kostanski, the film is a delightful sword and sorcery tale that's silly, but also is as gory as an unrated slasher. Had a blast.

"Predator: Badlands" was really good. Not nearly as great as "Prey."
The PG-13 rating did hurt it a bit.
I really think it was a bold take on a familiar series. It was cool to see the Yautja culture more.
I do think red blood and gore and some deeper characters would've gone a long way.

"Predator: Badlands" was really good. Not nearly as great as "Prey."

This wasn't the typical Stephen King story. This was quiet and pensive for the most part. It had very good acting and it had that King brilliant writing.

A Ghost Story-Rarely has a film captured so much of me and my feelings toward life, death, morality and the afterlife. It's a film about loss, being a lonely spirit wandering around the world in hopes of finding human connections.
It's a beautiful film. I am so glad I re-watched it tonight.
