The process of saving this customers Game Gear is underway and so far looking good
Was completely DOA on arrival, as usual entire board was leaking all over
Removed and cleaned board and got new caps on, it’s alive!
Now to get IPS screen installed!

Got a bare bones build up and running. It works with everything I've thrown at it and there's no need to tweak the volume. It's 'set and forget'.
Oh yeah, I had better do the pause thing, I sort of forgot that it was the whole point of the thread. 😂

Sega Saturn (Model 2 VA8) came in for a full capacitor replacement (PSU/MB/CDROM), full service cleaning and a FRAM upgrade!
Now they can play the incredible Saturn library (Including Panzer Dragoon) for many years without losing save data!
