I don't usually wake up in time to see a sunrise on my way in to work, so it's nice to be rewarded for my sleep deprivation with a (hopefully timeline cleansing?) beauty like this 🥹🌉

I've ended up just using vFlex, but with a stick-on silicon sponge strip to try to make the nose seal better, and a mask frame insert to keep the material out of my mouth. I also trim the "wings" so they're a little less absurd. Not perfect, but the best I've found for singing for me 🤷♂️

You should probably never go on the hike I did recently. The inn at the summit had a ton of hummingbird feeders.

Went on a lovely hike on Mt Tam, and was surprised to find a ton of hummingbirds feeding on the deck of an Inn near the summit.
It was honestly kinda overwhelming! But I'm glad I managed a couple good pics w/my phone thru binoculars. Enjoy :)
