Last two for today: bowser meatball challenge (1 lb spicy beef meatball) and Princess Peach cake. Meatball is good, mainly was craving some protien. The cake tho, not overly sweet with accents of raspberry and strawberry. Very moist. Two of us couldn’t finish the cake tho.

Dessert part 1 is lunar phase cake: lemon olive oil cake with some sort of limoncello sauce topped with blackberries. Perfect amount of sweet and savory.

Dinner time: first course is the pizza lunare: ube crust (cc: @squallleonshart.bsky.social ) with roasted garlic bechamel, garlic confit, pancetta, ricotta and mozzerella.

Enjoying some winter sun before heading back to Epic for the evening. Trying to get ahead my new years resolution to lose the farmer tan. Also feeling a little fluffy but that’s just the bulk happening again, i promise.

Next up: Berk Mac and Cheese cones. We got PBJ (pork bacon jam) and Snoggletog Harvest (turkey, sweet potato, stuffing and sage chimichurri) cones. All of them are delicious wrapped in the everything but the bagel garlic bread cones.
