If you are in Seattle for PAX West, you should allot some time to go to the Seattle Art Museum catch the Ai Wei Wei retrospective. It is an extraordinary and poignant exhibit and very well curated. Read every plaque if you do.

Rattlesnake Lake, WA is a beautiful spot to spend a June afternoon. There are really old tree stumps in the water that you can explore and climb onto if you paddle out, and as the lake dries up over the summer the waterscape changes a lot
