I knew of it since childhood, but think it used to be only a Philadelphia thing, and it was more of an interesting observed phenomenon - like, "Oh, look at that, stores start making money the day after Thanksgiving." There were no named sales.

Procedurally, what would it involve to restore citizenship to all BN(O) people? Would it require an act of Parliament or would the King have to intervene or what? Or a court case to set precedent?
