If you make carbonara using pancetta, stop right there. Track down some guanciale, and you will never look back. The difference in taste is utterly sublime. And don't you dare use one of those minging sauces, or add cream. And no, Vince, it's not spaghetti, it's traditional carbonara. 😋🥰

I just received a text purporting to be from the DWP re the winter fuel allowance telling me to click the link to sort it out, yadda, yadda. Total scam. I rang DWP to confirm and it's doing the rounds everywhere so just be aware and for god's sake DO NOT connect to the link!
