Tom Fellows does only one thing really well. He’d be too easy to stop in the PL. So the fee seems ok for a good player at this level. If he had real pace or could cut inside and get goals it would be different and bigger clubs would be bidding more. Might develop but right now he’s a bit limited.

Issac Price is pure Mowbray 2008.

Quite a bit of peak Kevin Donovan about Isaac Price. Got the hair and long sleeve shirt going on too.

@footballcliches.bsky.social if you can name me another manager whose first and second names are UK holiday resorts I will give you £20. (Coombe and Westward).

Little look at Twitter today. And we have ‘Fartcoin’ asking Grok about whether Lucy Letby been set up.

Genuinely, how long will it take for the majority to realise that the West picks and chooses its genocides based solely on its own economic and geopolitical interests? I mean, it couldn’t be in any plainer sight right now.

Favourite post so far. ‘This is like Kendrick v Drake, except they’re both Drake’.

Very much hope I’m wrong but not convinced by the potential Mason appointment, at all.

I wonder if we’ll ever have a PM who so strongly believes in something, they don’t care if they lose the next election. Because I’m not sure anything can get better for people until then.

Don’t post on Twitter anymore but if I did I’d be shouting to about 500 Albion fans ONE GOOD OR BAD PERFORMANCE DOES NOT PROVE ANYTHING ABOUT CARLOS, GRADY OR ANYONE ELSE.

If you're a #wba fan under 30 & wondering what all the fuss is about...or you just want a reminder of what happened before: here's a long read about Tony Mowbray, the man, the manager.

The Return: Tony Mowbray 2.0
The good news isn’t just about the return of a popular West Bromwich Albion manager; it’s about the return to health of a great man.Tony Mowbray checking back into The Hawthorns after nearly 16 years ...

Swift has been a disappointment so far but he does have ‘lovely soft feet’. #smersh

Over 40 years Tony Mowbray gave me the best season I’ve ever had. He’s our equivalent of Bobby Robson and I’m so glad he’s back here, and healthy. I hope he succeeds but if he doesn’t, his legacy won’t change for me. And neither will my view of him as an incredibly good man. #coyb

If we are (hopefully) in the ‘late capitalism’ era of history, how does it end? Getting on the streets won’t do it. And democracy/media is too corrupted to allow a fair fight, no?Maybe accidentally creating some new AI overlords is the only way.

Public recognition for service is good, but the fact that people are moaning about Southgate rather than unelected land owners bestowing it, and that the medals mean you have ‘Empire’ in you name continues to make me feel that this is a very weird country sometimes.

Feels weird losing a manager to a bigger job. Been 13 years. Which says a lot. Good luck Carlos, top man.

The ‘ordinary’ American mindset, which has had so much success historically is ‘if I’m not rich now one day I will be’. Someday soon that will unravel and it will be interesting to see the fallout from it.
Y'all ever think about how incredibly insane the share of wealth distribution is in the United States

This is not sustainable in the slightest

Bluesky test. Old schools Rivals poser. More than twenty replies and we actually might be in business here: Albion players related to geographical features. I’ll go first: Bernard McValley.
