no instead they just threw their hands up and said there's going to be a "significant and unavoidable" 50,000 additional daily vehicle miles and hoped no one would sue and no one did (looks like the EIR was finalized in 2021)

we didn’t (not sure if anyone has made an attempt at a baseline zoned capacity recently). I‘d guess SB 79 would be in the realm of a 50% increase maybe less

we excluded every existing building with more than 2 units of housing (the bill isn't quite that restrictive, preventing demolition of any rent controlled building with more than 2 units (most apartments in LA) unless it's been empty for 7 years)
