9/ Are you struggling with messy projects? Try starting with a simple PRD and structured documentation. Trust me, it’ll save you time, headaches, and confusion.

8/ Lesson learned: Never start a project without setting parameters.
The PRD wasn’t just a doc—it was my compass. Paired with Cursor, it transformed a chaotic project into an organized success.

7/ The Result?
A migration project that could’ve gone horribly wrong was completed on time and under budget. All because of clarity.
Clear docs saved me and the client countless hours of frustration—and Cursor thrived in a structured environment.

6/ Once the PRD was in place, everything changed.
Cursor became a weapon for precision instead of confusion.
Every chat had purpose: it referred back to a defined task or feature.
Collaboration with the client improved because we were speaking the same language.

5/ The PRD included:
Objective: "Migrate X platform without losing key functionality or user data."
Features: Core modules, login systems, data pipelines.
User Stories: “As an admin, I want to view all analytics reports in one place.”
Tech Requirements: Tools, frameworks, and databases.

4/ Here’s what I did to fix things:
1️⃣ Sat down with the client to define their goals.
2️⃣ Listed the core features they needed (and cut out the fluff).
3️⃣ Mapped out user flows for clarity.
4️⃣ Created milestones with deadlines.
This became the backbone of the PRD.

3/ I realized the first problem: No one had taken the time to map out the project.
No structure. No clarity. Just chaos.
So, before writing another line of code or opening Cursor, I hit pause. It was time to set up a proper Product Requirements Document (PRD).

2/ The project was a mess when it landed in my lap. The client was migrating their app to a new platform, but there was no clear direction—just vague ideas and scattered requirements.
Cursor’s chat was overloaded with contextless prompts, and I was spinning in circles.
