I had a 180 gallon reef with over 300 corals in it. Miss it every time it comes up on my feed 🫣.

GPs cite “lack of expertise” . Then learn. At Alice’s inquest Dr Barratt Tavistock GIC lead clinician said he could teach GPs how to treat trans people in a couple of hours.
It’s not lack of knowledge. It’s lack of will to treat. Any doctor who won’t treat any patient shouldn’t be a doctor.
