The characters are correct 青岛啤酒, but most likely pasted on the image by hand.

Quick search of the Chinese interwebs turns up the source (TikTok 3 days ago), which has a “generated with AI” disclaimer in top left. It has an air of believability because in qingdao, at their beer festival, you can get beer in plastic bags with a straw. This seems like the logical next step.
