Add cooked ingredients into casserole dish. Add in beef stock (most use chicken stock due to pork sausages being more common) and a can of peas into the dish.
Put the fried potatoes on top.

I grilled the thick beef sausages and cut into pieces.
I brown potatoes by shallow-frying slices of boiled potato to add to top of the casserole dish (removed browned bacon pieces, onions and cabbage from frying pan first).
