Why are we now shocked by his actions? Obviously war crimes are fine for Hegseth and Trump. Hegseth in 2019, advocated for Trump to pardon war criminals. During his Senate hearing Hegseth said it was his priority “that lawyers aren't the ones getting in the way" of military effectiveness.

We must be better than this. We must demand the best from our military - to be the best equipped and the best trained fighting force in the world. The shining example which other nations aspire to. We don’t commit atrocities - we persecute them. We must support and defend the Constitution.

For someone who is a SecDef, he proves daily with this ‘official’ post, that he is woefully immature. What ‘leader’ of our military acts like this? We used to be better, setting the example for others to follow. He’s a clear and present danger and must be removed before doing more harm. Shocking.

This mass murderer should be tried for his indiscriminate killing. He’s unqualified to be SecDef. He’d certainly give illegal orders without hesitation and the Special Operations Commander should be investigated for following orders to finish off the two survivors who were hanging onto the boat.
