Keene, NH has been replacing their stop-lighted intersections with roundabouts, resulting in big reductions in pollution, accidents & injuries, and costs. “Slowly moving is better than waiting at a light any day.” [nytimes.com]
Cutting Emissions, the Roundabout Way, in New Hampshire

The 2026 Rosalarian calendar is here! And this time, I'm doing it in a way that won't take so long to get to you. No preordering necessary this time. The theme this year is queer love and beauty. It's the energy I wanna bring to the new year.

The first and only time I got COVID was about six months after my concussion, when I was already in a bad place and about to start neurorehab, and I will probably always wonder if that contributed to how debilitating my persistent post-concussion syndrome ended up being.
I just read my tenth #COVID19 research study in the past month or so that demonstrates COVID infections cause brain changes that may accelerate Alzheimer's disease, are associated with cognitive decline, and cause fatigue, memory impairment, and sleep disorders. (1/?)

Love seeing Michiganders rightfully questioning the environmental hazards, energy costs, and so-called economic benefits of proposed data centers, and I'm just like, you're getting so close to the truth: "damn, AI is garbage, actually."
