So much has changed in this time and I barely recognize the person who bought that cute looking indie game all those years ago and it's safe to say I wouldn't even be on my current path in life pursuing art if Hollow Knight wasn't there to inspire me in the start.

Finished Hollow Knight for the I-don't-even-know-how-manieth time and it hit me harder than ever before. I think Silksong coming out finally clicked somewhere deep in my brain despite how much its been blocked over the years and it oddly made the end credits just incredibly self reflective for me.

Witcher 3 I'd say fits that bill pretty well. I've played all of the ones you mentioned so maybe you'd also like games like Dead Cells and Hades. If roguelikes aren't your thing there's also Death's Door and Tunic. Also Yakuza.
