Spouse and I are foodies and we eat out a lot. Went to a brand new restaurant here that serves only locally-produced food, including burrata and mozzarella hand-pulled that afternoon from milk produced by a cow that morning.
It was so, so good. I hope they do very well for themselves.

Got my holiday gifts sorted out and, as always, I’m morose afterwards. Every year I think about how my mom would watch my attempts to wrap gifts and chew me out for “not even trying”. She’s very good at wrapping gifts; I’m not.
