I will have quite a few copies of some of my recent covers with me at the LATINO COMICS EXPO this Sunday at the Museum of Latin American Art in Long Beach.
As I edge nearer to (finally) completing this issue, I was wondering if you all might be interested in me including a page or two of just the lil logos I create in the back matter of the book? maybe some of my thought process behind how I created them?

Found out that I have a legit IMDB page m.imdb.com/name/nm17085... thanks to my appearances on @warrocketajax.com - now I just need some who can to add a bio and maybe "La Mano del Destino" as an "in development" project so I can fake my way into an animated series 😝

FOR LOGOS it's important to note that the default kerning within a typeface is an average of however each glyph works best, NOT ITS BEST USE IN EVERY SITUATION! Be sure to go in and properly kern your wordmarks for clarity, rhythm, and balance. (also, this icon is reject from current project)

ADMITTING DEFEAT! - I simply cannot keep up with maintaining shaved head. I guess I will just keep it some version of "short" for a while. ALSO - I am back in the states, my studio, and regular art posts.

I was lucky enough to do a cover for @henrybarajas.bsky.social 's DEATH TO PACHUCO #5 (avial to order now). The setting for this story is deeply personal to me - My grandparents (pictured here) were in Los Angeles during this time and (tho not Pachucos, per se) could've been targets of aggression
