That is simply one of the dumbest statements I’ve heard on this subject. Hope and progress is great but it doesn’t erase the past.

Sure it’s a tv drama (excellent) but I loved how they would often agonize over a single word. Concerned about the meaning and interpretation. Now, in the real world, just blabber and lie about what was said or meant.
