Looks like there've been some developments in Kilmar Abrego Garcia's case we don't know about. After previously accusing the government of bad faith, Judge Xinis has tonight stayed further discovery for a whole week "with the agreement of the parties." The stay motion and response are sealed.

Today, #SCOTUS considers whether public schools must allow religious parents to shield their children from books with LGBTQ themes and characters.

Religious parents say a school district’s no-opt-out policy flouts the 1st Amendment. The district says the books are not coercive.

White House declares Kilmar Abrego Garcia is "never coming back" despite being ordered by the Supreme Court to seek his return.

"The Executive will lose much from a public perception of its lawlessness and all of its attendant contagions," a Reagan-appointed judge said in Garcia's case yesterday.
