In 2017, @dashbusva.bsky.social initiated free fare for ACPS HS students and recently estimated a daily average of >2,200 student boardings. How can DASH serve more students? Thanks @alyia4alx.com, CM Chapman, SB Chair Rief & @kellycbooz.bsky.social for working towards answers

My mom just told me she cancelled her subscription. She reads every one of my stories. I understand why she did it, but I asked her to reconsider. Here's what I said: Post reporters had no part in this decision. But when you cancel, you are hurting us, not our owner.

I was in NC and did not hear the crash on Sunday. A friend said it was quite a noise! They thought it was a lightning strike. Fortunately, their neighbor checked and called 911.

This replaces an earlier post about a crash on Seminary Road on Sunday, 09/22.The crash occurred on the north side of Seminary Road, between Trotter Road and St Stephens Road. Hopefully, APD and/or @corbie.bsky.social will provide updates, e.g. what happened to vehicle occupant(s).
