This is desert lavender and I'm so happy that it is flourishing after a terrible man-made fire burned through in 2020. This would be the fall bloom and lusher because we have had some rain. The bees are very happy too. On the Sears Kay Ruins Trail in N. Scottsdale, Arizona 11/28/25 #flora, #nature

Sitting in my home, at my desk by the window, finally caught the offender scaring the other birds away. Cooper's hawk in N. Glendale, Arizona. While I was glad it got the pigeon and not others, it didn't take long for all the pigeons to all come back. 🙁
