Just wanted to say those post match 20 min monologues are brilliant. Perfect length for those of us to listen to on trip to work and often quite insightful! Thank you.
But I think you'll have to wind down your criticisms on Nygren.. He's a decent player.

I think Larsson papered over the reality under Barnes. Once Larsson was out injured, the problems under Barnes couldn't be masked, and it helped speed up Barnes departure; sooner or later he'd have been papped out! At least now it was before he had chance to squander more money.

I think Larsson papered over the reality under Barnes. Once Larsson was out injured, the problems under Barnes couldn't be masked, and it helped speed up Barnes departure; sooner or later he'd have been papped out! At least now it was before he had chance to squander more money.

Honestly, I wasn't convinced, albeit I never expected it to collapse how it did. He really didn't come over well, and was a shambles. He is only lucky the previously we had Macari a few years earlier, so Barnes won't go down as our worst manager to date.

It's not about succeeding in the group stages, it's about solely concentrating on the domestic front now for this season. Europe would be great but really we have to sacrifice that to make up ground in Scotland. The Bayern games now feel like an eon ago.

I'm down south so may watch out for this. Although my knees can't take the jumping up and down now! Saw them live at T in the Park when I was a teenager. Long time back now

Thursday sadly doesn't matter anymore. Hate to say that about Europe but that's how far we've fallen this season. I wouldn't even be bothered if we put out second string players out this Thursday.

Got my niece into The Charlatans and she loves them! She was born long after their heyday so that makes me feel old! 😂

The Charlatans are the most undervalued band from that era.... Still listen to them often. "How High" is one of my all time favourite tunes.
