I’ve been thinking about how many Métis projects begin - not with formal steps, but with gathering, stories, laughter, music.
It may look informal, but it’s how stability starts.

When people feel steady with one another, the system moves more smoothly.
Connection first.
Structure after.

Saw this in a recent article:

“Ethical AI isn’t a checklist but a cultural challenge.”

The hard part isn’t principles - it’s relational.

Who trusts whom?
What pace feels off?
Where is clarity missing but assumed?

People talk about AI as if everything is inevitable.
My experience has taught me something different.
This piece is a reflection on agency, relationship, and the stories we choose to believe.
