Gallego tells the audience that as doctors and nurses leave as rural hospitals close, that it will take considerable time to rebuild that infrastructure and recruit new medical personnel - especially to rural areas.

I am guessing most of the residents attending are not super happy with the proposal of turning a former state prison nearby into a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detention center.
