I used to not mind Wonderful Christmastime by Paul McCartney but its suddenly hit me that that song has aged like milk. The squelchy synths on it sound like absolute ass cheeks

One thing I've noticed about myself recently is that I fall into a lot of bad habits whenever I'm anxious about something coming up. I think I try to comfort myself by binge eating or something else etc to try and lessen my anxiety
