I am from NYC and like to read and engage about a range of subjects, including history, the Supreme Court, politics, and the Mets. Let's see how this goes.

Pronouns: He/Him.

I have much content online including at Joe's Substack and Teach N Thrive.

Yet this Court reverses that judgment based on its perusal, over a holiday weekend, of a cold paper record. We are a higher court than the District Court, but we are not a better one when it comes to making such a fact-based decision.

I see a 220/213 split. So should be fewer.

Warner: "An objective, evidence-based investigation by the Pentagon’s internal watchdog leaves no doubt: Secretary Hegseth endangered the lives of American pilots based aboard the USS Harry S. Truman as they prepared to launch a mission against terrorist targets."
