Writer from north Orange County. I like LA so much more it’s hilarious. LA Rams, movies, books, rad restaurants.
Haven’t seen this yet, but that audience score could have been predicted once the trailer came out.

And Jack Harmon doesn't even try to avoid his strange elevator death. It's like he's aiming his face to be impaled. I remember watching this in the theater and kind of being annoyed for the rest of the movie. Anyone else think this?

At the risk of spoiling a movie too soon, in the 1996 film MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE, I've always been bumped by the deaths of Ethan's IMF team because it felt too easy? Like Kristin Scott Thomas just walked over to the gate and just fell into the knife?

With March approaching, here are four movies I’d like to see in theaters. Before streaming (and let’s be honest, having kids), the idea of seeing four movies in a month was typical. Barely missing the list is Death of a Unicorn.

A lot of talk about Encino lately. One reason why it’s special is its historical landmark — the house where OJ Simpson began the notorious chase across the Southland.

This was a great movie. And Ewan McGregor was there in white pants and white boots, introducing the movie.

How many of these were purchased ironically?

This movie is such a perfect “wait, Adam Driver is in this?” movie that it makes me laugh every time I’m reminded of it.
