Mt. Rainier National Park at Paradise taken in a past May as the snow melting season was underway. Still using snowshoes so could go off the winter beaten trails. Presently, snow still covers with full melting on the slopes possibly by end of June - maybe?

This is the photo I took in a PAST APRIL at Paradise in Mt. Rainier Nat’l Park. Notice this photo represents peace and solitude for those retired to refresh during the work week. See what we, the people, could lose as money continues to be cut for our National Parks.

I, too, love the Pacific Northwest. In April snowshoeing at Paradise - Mt. Rainier Nat’l Park is so much fun on blue sky days.

1997 - Scholastic - I’m a retired Teacher. Black History month culminated in an assembly where my 2nd grade class performed “Take This Hammer” from this book with its cassette for music at the end of the month. Black History month was a BIG deal in my era. Saved my BH things after retiring.
