But I feel caring about stuff like this, at this level, isn’t natural for many boards. I apply what I do professionally and can tell it gos over the heads of others.
So now I’m faced with what to do when I want to step down… will that keep that state of mind going?

I’m on the board of our HOA and am deep in a multi-year endeavor to get the Board out of the “ambiguity business” as I’ve been calling it.
It’s doing wonders. And saving us money. Everyone’s thrilled.
