He's not supposed to take them while under contract, period.

Sometime between May and June 2022. Clostebol is only detectable for about 30 days.

Poor Orion. I can understand the rushed throw, but he must've forgotten how many out there were.

Poor kid. Panicked when he had the out at first. #Phillies #MLBPlayoffs

The New Era commercial featuring a dancing Fernando Tatis Jr. playing incessantly during the #MLBplayoffs would have more impact if the Padres hadn't been bounced quickly -- and if Tatis weren't a PED cheat.

Fifty-eight years ago today, it was revealed that evil counterparts wore beards as "Mirror Mirror" first aired. I am clean-shaven this week, if anyone is asking. t.co/de8oLNSh #StarTrek

I first heard his name in a MLB video game, and thought "Warming Bernabel" was one of those fake, randomly generated computer names for made-up players.

Current level of torture: Having to fast for anesthesia later today* and every food app on my phone asking if I'm hungry and letting me know about their specials.

Some good #SamTrans news: ridership is at 99.5% of 2019 levels, despite a small decline in San Mateo County's population. This per a report to the Citizen's Advisory Committee to be given tonight.
Screenshot from a report: SamTrans: Average weekday ridership across all four modes (Bus, Paratransit, Shuttles, and Ride Plus) increased by 2.3 percent in July 2025 compared to July 2024. The total monthly ridership increased by 2.6 percent in July 2025 compared to July 2024.
Post-pandemic SamTrans total fixed-route bus ridership recovery in July 2025 reached 99.5 percent of pre-pandemic total ridership in July 2019.

Taking some time off for mental and physical health, so took the ferry to Angel Island, where I’ve never been, despite living in or near the Bay Area for 30 years now. It’s a great, inexpensive outdoor getaway with good bike trails.

Yet I am still here, and my train this morning was pretty full. Maybe I didn’t take enough?

My train to work is awfully full this morning.

Sounds like it would been worse in Berkeley!

Decent #earthquake her in the Bay Area. I was having a bad night due to insomnia, anyways. Following my CBT advice means I'm trying to stay up a bit. Glad everyone sounds OK.

Former SSF Mayor Pedro Gonzalez died last week at the age of 92. Pedro advocated for South City as a whole and Old Town in particular, supported my school board campaigns, and was a genuinely sweet man. My love to his wife Eldie and family. www.gardenchapel885.com/obituaries/P...
