Apparently you can't play Chinese Riftbound cards mixed in an otherwise English deck or vice versa. It's one or the other for each of your three decks (main deck can have different language from Rune deck). What a bad rule lol

I think I’m set on pulling Sett. I’ve opened 21 packs and found four of these and four Warwicks, of which, at least two packs contained both together.
