For context of how bad my laptop is currently, see video with sounds.
It does this erratically, sometimes making this sound for 30 whole minutes until it "goes away". A restart/shutdown would not clear it.
I have cleaned them from dust. They are not overheating nor spinning too fast.

You can probably map it out using chances of success.
In BLB, your roll 2d6 vs 9 (no modifier) which is 27.78% chance of success.
So in ITO stat, that's probably... between 5 or 6.
You can follow that logic in other bonuses.

Do you think the Lusory Attitude is set by the ttrpg's written rules, and by extent the game designer? Or is something that a GM/Facilitator still has control in upholding or changing, much like rulings to a game?

Would supplementing the existing chargen not possible?
Maybe breakdown the EB chargen into more than simply rolling a background. Or maybe get a community role depending on your rolled stats, or specific background rolls depending on role, etx
At least a way to salvage your existing backgrounds.

Definitely like it! PCs as meddlers is such a great concept for an SEA adventurer. The curious and interfering aunts and uncles are always there.
I am already thinking of making a supplement for it, like an NPC/Skill list presented as people you may meet or get skills from.
