Finally started a sketch during my last game session to flesh out a concept I've had since I took the Living Vessel dedication for my Pathfinder character, Anowah--it's activated twice in game now and I've enjoyed how well it meshed with Anowah's themes and plot points.

For instance, perhaps at the brink of death, you received an offer from an entity to spare your life in exchange for inhabiting you. Or you might have offered yourself to the entity in exchange for saving a loved one, for riches, or to fulfill a lifelong dream. Beings of any alignment can inhabit a living vessel. Evil-aligned beings, especially demons, are most likely to be interested in such an arrangement, especially if it involves forcefully taking over and changing the body and mind of a sapient being. Part of being a living vessel is learning more about your entity and finding what assuages them best and what their ultimate plans might be for your body and the world. Few vessels can fully dictate the terms of the arrangement, but the fact that you give the entity a corporeal form does give you some amount of leverage. Use it wisely. Additional Feats: Your GM might determine that you can take a pact feat from the pactbinder archetype as an additional feat, as long as the pact is made to the entity within you. I'm partial for how PF2e Book of The Dead let's you do skeletal/ghost characters. Its inclusion encouraged me to explore the character I did. Wings being a functional, mechanically balanced choice from the 'monstrous' option was a nice touch I leaned into.

I'd also turn off "Google Colaboratory" from G-Drive, which is another genAI product. It seems like it needs an install first, but I'd rather turn access to it via G-Drive off in advance.

Agree. Also, the PoL "Nentir Vale" was well done; post-colonial backwater that acknowledges empire it had been part of was shit to most of the native populations who are going thru a reemergence, and leaves the question of "what now?" in your hands.

I mean, I also like Pathfinder 2nd edition as well which borrows heavily from 4e-design. Either way, running D&D games is something I no longer have time for, and the only other game I play in right now is PF2E Quest for The Frozen Flame as "Anowah" (monstrous skeletal ghost fire-sorcerer).

Yup. We've all seen the imbeciles who run and organize capitalism's musical chairs playing and proposing genAI as the future it isn't.
All the statistical data which Zuckerberg touted to convince media executives that everything you publish from now on should be in video format, turned out to be false. Inflated viewership times which accounted for anywhere up to ’60 to 80 percent’ of their data simply wasn’t real. Facebook knew the data was false as early as 2015 and intentionally covered it up. Thousands of people lost their jobs over a lie and the damage was done. Nevertheless, media executives continued to follow Zuckerberg’s data because they wanted a share of his enormous wealth. Then in 2019, Zuckerberg tried to convince us that the ‘Metaverse’ was the hot new item to change the world. We were about to hold all our staff meetings inside a virtual world. We would no longer interact in boring old ‘meatspace’ (i.e. real life) but from now on, we will place a VR headset over our eyes and reserve all of our education, entertainment and business for the Metaverse. After losses in the tens of billions of dollars, claims of widespread sexual harrassment on the platform and many of the promised ‘worlds’ never getting past the planning stage, he announced in 2023 that his company would be moving away from the Metaverse. 10,000 people were laid off. He was wrong again. Well, perhaps ‘wrong’ isn’t the right word. Both projects made him even more of a billionaire so they weren’t the wrong choice as far as his finances were concerned. And that’s why all of these ventures begin. In the eyes of tech CEOs, it’s never about changing the world, improving how we function as a society, or helping us spend more valuable time with our loved ones. From the beginning, it was only ever about one thing: putting more commas in Zuckerberg’s bank account. Either so he could add more thousands of acres to his $300 million Hawaii compound or to ‘donate’ millions of dollars to guarantee government assistance in those pesky anti-trust lawsuits.
