Before I bought records, I bought a lot of books. Many are in my office at work. Mostly science books.

It’s a small 90 yo house w/ full attic converted to a master suite. Bookcase is atop stairs leading up. I often take record pics on those stairs. Not much room in the house for bookshelves—except where records already live! So we used dead space, allowing our books to be unpacked out of boxes.

I have another smaller bookcase in the living room mostly dedicated to the large format music books.

Nice! Yes, it’s at the top of a staircase, built into the wall. It’s hard to get a pic showing the stairs, but perhaps you can see from these.

She is a saint (most of the time). More than a third of those books are hers BTW!!

Sound is not great. But you can hear the music and vocals pretty well. The main thing is capturing the moment in time, which it does pretty well.
