"In 2015, GPB disclosed to investors the possibility of using investor capital to pay some of these distributions rather than funding them from current operations. Even though this was disclosed to investors, the Biden Department of Justice claimed it was a Ponzi scheme."

Remarkable when you consider that Trump's cardiovascular system technically can be best described as cheese-like in composition.

Department of Defense Law of War Manual, Sec. 18.3.2.1 states the "requirement" to refuse illegal orders.

What’s its key example? Wait for it . . . It’s "orders to fire upon the shipwrecked."

I will never understand the court’s decision (aside from the GOP members’ venality). The constitution just doesn’t allow any such immunity. It even emphasizes that president can be impeached and then criminally charged for the same conduct. Art I sec 3.

This shows the laziness index.

AI as an excuse for critical thinking, As much as a crutch for actual problem solving.
Honestly, this is it right here.

Do you use AI on the job?
Execs: yes, my job is 87% vibes and 0% consequences
Managers: yes, I spend half my time managing up and never got proper training to manage down
Workers: only the 27% of the time I waste justifying my job to my boss

GenAI is TPS reports.
When they make AI manager, do you think it'll be *suspenders* boss or *more flare* boss?
