They're saying under 200yrds. I don't know the caliber, but here is a ballistic table for a popular caliber shooting at 45' down hill. In this case a heart shot or a head shot with a properly sighted rifle wouldn't have you in the neck by not accounting for shooting downhill at under 200yrds
