Josh Hart has been living above the 95th percentile in CTG's Assist to Turnover ratio for a few years now, but he's finally made it to the 100th percentile for wings. This stat has been dominated by Draymond Green (consistently 100th%) for years. This year it's occupied by quite an eclectic mix:
