A great day on St Agnes, with the Troy Town ice cream the obvious highlight. Some nice birds as well including Hoopoe, Spotted Sandpiper and American Pipit.
A Convolvulus Hawk-moth this morning at Backwarden Nature Reserve, Essex. Also Antigastra catalaunalis and Small Mottled Willow. @migrantmothuk.bsky.social
A few migrants in the garden last night, the best being Toadflax Pearl (new for me). Also Olive- tree Pearl, Dark Sword-grass, Rush Veneer, L-album Wainscot and 16 European Corn-borer (an increase).
