Honestly, after our game is done, I'm not quite sure what my future in the games industry is going to be.

I love making games, but the process with Townseek has left me scarred from a lot of things that are just accepted as normal in the industry, having to work with deficit, and many other things.

The thing I'm really thankful for is my team. I've become so intoxicated on the idea lately that I'm hard to work with over the last few years, that I genuinely have to thank them for their continuous patience and for sticking to our vision.

I'm really glad the three/four of us have stuck together.

I feel exhausted on a day to day basis, not just because of the amount of work, but also because I feel alienated by some people around me (and vice-versa I guess).

It's hard to strive for the polish I want on things and I don't know, I've just been feeling more and more out of place in everything.

I had the idea of doing something with a shark theme that was cosmic and cozy. 🔭🦈✨

A small floating vessel concept.

The first resembles an ancient celestial-themed boat, with an ornate bow, oars, and what appears to be an ancient citadel on board.

The second is a simpler flying vessel with a little house surrounded by a garden. A lantern hangs from the bow.

These guest designs were inspired by a piece of fan art by @requinoesis.bsky.social, which led us to reach out to them to create the Astral Bubble set. 🫧
