I have a lot of hope that politicians like Andy Beshear can help turn our country around, but I do not think praying for the rule of law is going to be enough. We need to defend it and show how the erosion of rule of law makes us poorer and less safe at home and in the world. Dems get to work!

It is long past time we stopped focusing on Trump alone and start getting folks to look at what drives our descent into polarization & stagnation. Having a few huge and unaccountable media conglomerates control what we see and what we know is a recipe for breeding subservience and narrow mindedness.

The Republican attack on truth continues. Don't like the reality of climate change? Eliminate the finding it causes human health harm. Don't like the jobs numbers? Fire the civil servant who prepares them. This is the way to keep us in the dark and drunk on misinformation.

We all want our health care system to work better. This bill did noting to promote that. It puts millions at risk of losing coverage so big tax breaks can go to people who do not need them. The truth is we need our elected representative to actually represent us, our kids, and our grandkids.

I definitely get it. I just wonder what line we should be holding? The more we focus on Trump the person, the more we feed his and MAGAs sense of persecution. That in turn causes them to dig in harder. My gut says Americans are want someone to stand & deliver what they voted for--jobs, lower prices.
